This guide will help you get started with Fluxjiva's AI-powered analytics platform. Follow these steps to set up your first project and start generating insights from your data.

Before You Begin

To make the most of Fluxjiva, you'll need:

  • A dataset you want to analyze (CSV, Excel, database connection, or API)
  • Basic understanding of your data structure and business objectives
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

1Create Your Account

To get started with Fluxjiva, you'll need to create an account:

    Enter your email address and create a password

    Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox

    Complete your profile by adding your name and organization details

Pro Tip: If you're part of a team, ask your administrator for an invitation. This will automatically connect you to your organization's account.

2Create Your First Project

Once you've created your account, you can create your first project:

    From the dashboard, click the "New Project" button

    Enter a name and description for your project

    Choose a descriptive name that reflects the purpose of your analysis

    Select the appropriate industry category for better domain-specific insights

    This helps our AI tailor its analysis to your specific industry context

3Connect Your Data

Fluxjiva supports multiple data sources. To connect your data:

    Navigate to your project dashboard

    Click on "Data Sources" in the left sidebar

    Select your preferred data connection method:

    • Upload CSV or Excel files
    • Connect to a database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Pro Tip: For the best experience, ensure your data has clear column headers and is relatively clean. While Fluxjiva can handle messy data, cleaner data will yield better insights faster.

4Run Your First Analysis

Once your data is connected, you can run your first analysis:

    From your project dashboard, click "New Analysis"

    Select the dataset you want to analyze

    Choose an analysis type or let Fluxjiva recommend one based on your data

Fluxjiva will automatically progress through the analysis stages, generating insights as it goes. You can monitor the progress in real-time.

Once the analysis is complete, you can explore your insights:

    Each visualization is designed to highlight a specific aspect of your data
