How quickly can I expect a response?
For email inquiries, we aim to respond within 24 hours for standard plans and within 8 hours for Professional plans. Enterprise customers receive priority support with guaranteed response times based on their SLA.
Do you offer onboarding assistance?
Yes, all plans include basic onboarding assistance. Professional and Enterprise plans include personalized onboarding sessions with our customer success team.
