How do you count rows for billing purposes?
We count the total number of rows processed across all your analyses, not the number of rows in your original data sources. This means if you run multiple analyses on the same dataset, each analysis counts toward your row limit. We provide a usage dashboard so you can monitor your consumption in real-time.
Can I share analyses with users outside my organization?
Yes, all plans include the ability to share read-only analyses with external users via secure links. Business and Enterprise plans also support guest user accounts with customizable permissions. External users don't count toward your user limits, but they can only view content you explicitly share with them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for online payments. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms. For annual plans, we can accommodate wire transfers and purchase orders. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
